Each member is required to perform a minimum of nine hours of service to the Loudoun County Chapter each year they are a member. Active participation as a Director, State Delegate, National Delegate, Committee Chairperson, or active committee member (subject to verification by Committee Chairperson) counts toward the workday requirement.[/list] If a member has not completed the FULL NINE HOUR service in any given chapter year, as stated in the membership agreement, that member shall pay $70.00, payable along with the annual membership fees. Any partial payments, such as paying annual membership fee without workday fee due will result in delays in processing a Member's renewal.
